Are the database files cross-platform compatible?

Definitely yes! The database files created by Pagico, regardless of the edition of the software (Windows, Mac or Linux), are cross-platform compatible. So you can move them among computers, without worrying about compatibility issues.

How do I backup / restore my data in Pagico?

All your data in Pagico is stored in the database file (on Mac) or folder (on Windows). There is no personal data stored with the application, or somewhere else.
So for example if you need to redo your system, or move your data to another computer, simply duplicate your database file (the one ending with “.pgco”).
