@Alfred,
The iCal feed doesn't work on your computer? Would you mind sending us an email with detailed info? That way we can do some tests. So far this feature has been working fine on our ends, as well as most of the users. So it would be great if you could let us know more about the issue you're experiencing.

As far as iCal across databases, yes, that's not supported at this moment. We'll see if we could implement a similar solution in the near future.

Thanks!

Note that this feature does not work across multiple databases. Only the tasks for the currently selected database in Pagico will show up in iCal (or any calendar application.)

This feature is also not likely to ever work, considering that this application is basically a frontend to a PHP website running locally on your machine. The PHP website utilizes the current database to export the events to iCal.

Would've been nice if this was supported, as I would then be able to keep my tasks sync'ed up with my iPhone, etc.

One possible workaround for the developers would be to allow multiple databases to be stored in the same file, using some additional foreign keys to separate concerns. This would allow me to keep completely different concerns (personal, work, side business, etc.) in the same file, and that way the PHP scripts would be able to iterate over each database to provide all tasks to iCal.

Just my 2 cents :)

Is there a way to synchronize with Google Calendar, either using iCal as an intermediary or without?

@Ryan,

Those are very good points. The iCal feed should work with the latest iCal. But please send us an email so we could work to get this working on your side.

In terms of the syncing capability, we're always working on this front, and we will for sure deliver more improvements in the near future.

Thanks!

Hello,

    I'm only doing the trial of Pagico so I'm new to the program but had an issue getting the iCal export to work. I go to preferences and click on "Your schedule in ICal format" but nothing happens (no windows, literally nothing). I have mobileme so have the latest version of the calendar - is it possible that Pagico is not compatible with the latest iCal released a few months ago?
     So far I'm enjoying the program and trying to see if it will fit my organizational needs. Would have liked to see more of a "sync" capability with the iCal and Address book as opposed to one way importing/exporting. It feels a bit like I have to update information in two places now. Know what I mean?

Thanks,  Ryan

@anne,

That makes sense. I'll see what we can do here. But for now, I'm sorry but this feature isn't available yet.

Thank you!

Is there an option to have iCal just show the due dates? I have so much in my calendar that when it shows the start date all the way to due date in iCal it really clutters up my calendar.

Export to iCal is failing for me. I get a "Web Page Cannot Be Displayed" error when i click on “Your schedule in iCal format” under Preferences. I using Windows XP, but have several iCal compatible calendar apps. Is it possible just to Export the iCal file so I can import it manually into another app?

An update to my earlier note here - the synchronization works indeed - it just took a while to get there even when i did a manual refresh in ICal. The tasks ended up in my calender as 2hrs task - even though i specified 1hrs or 30mins - why is that ?

Any hints to why a task with both date & time does'nt appear in iCal - whereas a task with only date appears ?
