Upcoming tasks in the sidebar

No matter where you are in Pagico, you’ll always be able to the upcoming tasks in the sidebar.

An adjustable number of overdue and upcoming tasks will be displayed in the sidebar.

You can click on the task items to switch to the parent topic (or contact profile), or check the checkbox when the task is done, no matter where you are in the software.

To adjust the number of tasks displayed in the sidebar, please open up the preferences panel by clicking the “Preferences” icon in the tool bar, then use the drop down menu to set the number of tasks.

I am having some trouble setting the preferences that you list here. I can only see the basic and design tabs. I do not see any advanced features or drop down menus. Can you help?

I should clarify – I see the drop down for the number of tasks, but it really hasn’t changed much, there still are tasks that don’t show up, and I cannot find the advanced preferences you mention in a previous topic.

    Hi Andreas,

The sidebar will never show *all* of your tasks — it only shows a few number of upcoming tasks (with adjustable number from 3 to 7). I’m not sure if this answers your question?

In order to see all your tasks, please go to “Dashboard -> all tasks” section.

    Thanks!

It would appear that instead of the number of tasks, it is actually setting the number days as I had multiple tasks and it only display tasks for a max of 7 days out.
