@Ian,
It's very easy to associate / assign a task (from a project) with a contact. But this is a great question, and we'll for sure write up an article for just this.

In short, in a project you need to write a task, with an inline-link pointing to a contact profile. By doing so, the task will show up in the "References" area in the corresponding contact.

For more information on this, simply do a search on this site for "References".

Hope this helps!

Am I missing something here or is there no way to assign a project task to a contact? I see that I can take a task OUT of a project and make it private to a contact but surely I need to know WHO is responsible for the tasks in my project..?

I am feeling as though I am missing something very fundamental here ..?

How do we enter repeating tasks (e.g., submit a timecard each Friday for the next four weeks)? Thanks.

Hi Mario,

Thanks for you comments on the help site! We indeed are trying to make it as helpful as possible!

Regarding to your question, the short answer is no, but an archive feature is available in the upcoming Pagico 4. More details about that will be covered soon in our blog.

Thanks!

Hi there,

This is, without a doubt the best help on-line I've seen. Congrats!

When picking a Task do mark it as done is it possible to hide it. I would like to keep it for history purposes, but hidden when editing a topic.

Cheers,
Mário
