Hi Meng,

Yeah, I started looking at possible causes, but all my other applications are working fine. It's just when I click on the pagico applet that's when things go south. I thought it was strange when this happened the first time. I'll keep looking for other causes.

Thanks,
Tony

Hi Tony,
It really locked up your entire system? Wow that's really surprising to me. Pagico should not be the cause of that --- because Pagico does not do any of the tasks that might affect anything in your system other than the database file itself.

I'll definitely think very hard about it, but at the mean time, I'm not sure if it's possible or not, but please also look for other causes for that issue. I'm guessing it was caused by something else.

Thanks!

Meng; sorry about the delay in responding - Pagico 3.3 lockup up the entire system. When I clicked on the pagico application there was nothing as in the application did not start, memory showed no activity, but when I attempted to get into system activity, I was not able to start that application. When I clicked on the apple icon, my system did nothing! I had to hold the power button down to restart my system. Since that time I have uninstalled this product and have not looked at it yet until now.
Hope this answered your question.

Hi Tony,
Did you mean Pagico locked up itself (blank screen) or Pagico locked up your entire system?

Thanks!

I was trying to upgrade to 3.3 on my MacBook Pro and the end result was the new application would not start and it locked up my machine. Has anyone seen this on a Mac?
Thanks,
